The problem
Inventory accuracy lives in the heads of a few experienced supervisors. When they walk, the accuracy walks with them and the same errors come straight back on the next shift.
What I built
- Captures the rules supervisors actually enforce on the floor and turns them into checks the system applies every count.
- Generates and maintains SOP documentation from those rules, so training stops depending on who is working that night.
- Built from ten-plus years of owning these problems personally — including the loop that took inventory accuracy from 30% to 99.9%.
